Introducing Hypothetical Freeway Interchange Projects 1 and 2!

 I am from Massachusetts. I have always liked freeways. Around here, before the big dig, there was very little complex freeway interchanges, but now there is. But what made me go nuts was looking at maps of New York Ciry and Eastern New Jersey.  Those freeways are NUTS! They have so many around there, with a lot of them with more than one side going one direction.  The interchanges are nuts... This is how bad boston gets for interchanges :

But new york city alone destroys this in terms of nutty interchanges. A lot of them in New Jersey and NYC look like Sphagetti, like this!:

Seeing this and the below crazy interchange set, which BTW is the most complex interchange set in the world, made me want to do hypothetical freeway projects in google maps....

So I decided that Boston is not crazy enough with its interchanges and decided to "improve them" in google maps.    Boston has had the big dig but it aint complex enough... We need MORE sphegetti on our roads so I did the following hypothetical freeway projects in Cape Cod, Boston and Metro Boston, Massachusetts...

Project 1 : Build a freeway between the bourne bridge, add a freeway going across a third cape cod canal bridge, rebuild all interchanges and build a tunnel from Sagamore to Provincetown and add another tunnel from Provincetown to Boston!

Hypothetical Freeway Project 2 : Rebuild the Boston Inner Belt freeway network, Rebuild big dig the interchanges in South End and Charlestown, Make Route 95 go through Boston!
